playlist.al is a content management platform that allows creators to manage, schedule, publish, and analyze media content on platforms they own — including YouTube channels and Facebook Pages. The Service uses official platform APIs (including YouTube API Services) to perform actions on behalf of the authenticated account owner.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have the legal right to publish any content you upload or schedule through the Service.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected social media accounts complies with those platforms' terms of service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Violate Facebook's Platform Policies or any other connected platform's terms

5. Connected Third-Party Platforms

When you connect a third-party account (such as a Facebook Page), you authorize playlist.al to act on your behalf within the scope of permissions you grant. We are not responsible for actions taken by connected platforms or changes to their APIs or policies.

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant playlist.al a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
